Over an 18 year career in the food industry Ross has held leadership positions in Centralized Purchasing and Brand Development along with extensive experience in Executive Sales Management. A combination of strong relationships and experience in both the broadline and retail distribution channels allow Ross to understand key factors related to strategic planning and brand management.
Director of Sales & Strategy
With a 25 year career in the Natural products channel George has developed deep experience and relationships throughout the industry. As a former National Fresh Category Manager for the leading Natural foods distributor he understands exactly how to engage at all levels of the supply chain. George also assists clients with strategic planning, purchasing, sales, budgeting and analysis.
Director of Sales Operations
Salleigh joined OFB with years of experience and knowledge in the Natural Food Industry from a manufacturing and national retailers’ perspective. She has a passion for brands that make connections with target audiences throughout storytelling and understands the important steps of the supply chain from careful sourcing to the consumer to developing meaningful relationships every step of the way. Her analytical background helps her provide insightful content and data to highlight opportunities for clients to grow their business.
Manager of Brand Development and Resources
Brittany comes to OFB with a strong background in Supply Chain, Account Management and Promotional Programs. She has deep knowledge of natural food distributors inner-workings that help our clients navigate the complex space. She brings high level Customer Relationship Management skills and Strategic Planning ability from her time working for an organic consumer products manufacturer. Her dynamic experience and passion for the natural products space enables her to deliver meaningful support and insight to our clients.
Category Review and Promotions Coordinator
Colleen joins OFB with years of client relationship management and merchandising experience from a national retailer. Her experience in-store brings an effective outlook on sales, purchasing, and product analysis. The foundation of her work has been customer service based, supporting client business functions through creative problem solving and a purposeful engagement. A lifelong passion with natural foods has Colleen invested in every brand’s journey and success.
Tara joined our team with 29 years in the grocery industry, the first 15 of which were in store operations for two of the largest Natural & Specialty foods retailers in the US, as well as one of the best known grocery distributors. Tara uses her practical knowledge of how the grocery industry works, as well as her networking and relationship building skills to stay engaged and connected with a broad group of industry leaders. She enjoys connecting people and working creatively together to create success stories.
Shawn brings to OFB over 25 years of experience in the areas of Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship. With a diverse background that spans multiple industries, he has been an integral part of the success of several well-known Natural CPG brands. Shawn harnesses his passion for natural food and relationship building to help brands navigate and thrive in the highly competitive Natural CPG environment.
